The city of Tyler partners with different FCCLA members to assist them with their projects. One example is a book exchange at the city park where families can select books to bring home and read and then exchange them for new ones.

Christensen Broadcasting assists FCCLA students by helping them promote their projects using radio advertisements. One recent example is the public service announcement I made for the RTR FCCLA website

The Tyler Tribute assists FCCLA students by helping them promote their projects in the newspaper with articles and pictures.

This grocery store allows FCCLA students to leave materials for customers to take when they are shopping. An example is the food label information sheet that a student created for her project.

Tyler Food Shelf

The Tyler Area Food Shelf partners with FCCLA students to provide food and other products for a variety of projects to help the community. A recent example was donating cinch sacks filled with hygiene products to help students create a community hygiene closet at the RTR High School.

Minnesota FCCLA

Our local FCCLA chapter and advisor work closely with Minnesota FCCLA. We have many students that successfully participate in state competition every year.

Our local FCCLA chapter is part of National FCCLA. We have a handful of students that successfully participate in the National Conference every year.

RTR FFA

The RTR FFA partners with FCCLA in a number of ways including helping build the community hygiene closet located at the RTR High School.

RTR Schools

The RTR School District is the greatest supporter of the FCCLA chapter. Students are able to go to different classes to teach lessons, present information on their projects, and allow many different projects to be set up in the school to benefit students, families, and our community.
